The framework proposed in the studies assists many organizations in identifying and monitoring the benefits of project logistics management technology, allowing the answer to our main question: “How can project logistics management approaches help organizations to achieve more successful projects?”

The results of the case study shows that the application of a project logistics management process on the pre-identified critical success factors, resulted in better processes and practices and ensured a very beneficial impact on a project success from a time-frame as well as financial point.
